What is the turnaround time for a custom wig?
Custom units take 5-14 business days (weekends and holidays Not included)
you will receive an email with your tracking information after your order has been shipped.
How should I wear my hair under the wig?
To Ensure the most flat and natural unit application, your hair should be cornrowed. Lace closure units, part your hair where you would like the closure to lay. Frontal units small straight back cornrows with the ends sewn up and flat.
How long does the wig last?
With proper care, our lace Closure units can last 1+ Years and our frontal units can last 8+ month. Proper care entails minimum heat use, regular wash and conditioning, no rough handling, and minimum sleeping in unit.

Do the wigs come with a customized hairline and bands?
All of the lace closure and frontals wigs include a fully customized hairline. Premade wigs DO NOT come customized, but you can book under service for additional fee to receive the full look you are going for. Adjustable strap come with premade wigs. elastic and will be added to custom wigs. (coloring is an additional fee)
Can I sew the wig down?
All of our wigs can easy be sewn down.
Is the wig glueless?
All our wigs are glueless until you apply glue.
